The High Court has approved a scheme aimed at securing the survival of a troubled software technology company, Digital Channel Partners Limited.

Mr Pearse Farrell, the court-appointed Examiner to the company, prepared the scheme of arrangement which was yesterday presented to the court by Mr John O'Donnell SC, for Mr Farrell, and approved by Mr Justice McCracken. The judge was told the Revenue Commissioners are now approving the scheme after securing additional information.
