SUSTAINABLE WASTE MANAGEMENT firm Indaver and Air France are the latest firms to move into the Cosgrave Groups West Pier Business Park overlooking Dún Laoghaire harbour.

The two firms are occupying two of the five floors in Block One with Indaver renting over 700sq m (7,500sq ft) and Air France operating out of 180sq m (1,900sq ft). The rent is understood to be in the region of €160 per sq m (€14.86 per sq ft).

Joint agent Finnegan Menton and BNP Paribas Real Estate are now marketing the three remaining floors in the block, each of them extending to 786sq m (8,460sq ft). A rent of €188.37 per sq m (€17.5 per sq ft) is being sought for the available high-quality space which is fully fitted to provide a mixture of open-plan and cellular accommodation. Apart from the generous parking facilities on site, West Pier Business Park has many advantages over other office developments including the superb views over the harbour, the fact that it is immediately beside the Dart station and also convenient to shops, restaurants and bars in Dún Laoghaire.
