RETAIL INVESTMENTS:THE MINNIE Peters home furnishings store at 56/57 Upper George's Street in Dún Laoghaire, Co Dublin has come on the market through agent Turley & Co with a guide price of €3.2 million.
The same agent is seeking key money of €150,000 for the lease of the Chalon Bespoke Kitchens shop at 36 Main Street, Blackrock, Co Dublin.
Miriam Peters of Minnie Peters has built up a thriving furnishing business in Dún Laoghaire since 1994 and plans to trade alongside Chalon in a new interior design studio to open on Maple Avenue in Sandyford on May 6th.
