RETAIL INVESTMENTS:THE MINNIE Peters home furnishings store at 56/57 Upper George's Street in Dún Laoghaire, Co Dublin has come on the market through agent Turley & Co with a guide price of €3.2 million.

The same agent is seeking key money of €150,000 for the lease of the Chalon Bespoke Kitchens shop at 36 Main Street, Blackrock, Co Dublin.

Miriam Peters of Minnie Peters has built up a thriving furnishing business in Dún Laoghaire since 1994 and plans to trade alongside Chalon in a new interior design studio to open on Maple Avenue in Sandyford on May 6th. This new shop will include room sets and furniture displays, and will be open to private and commercial clients.
