Mount Merrion:CBRE is quoting a guide price of €3 million for the former Flanagan's furniture showrooms at Deerpark Road in Mount Merrion, Co Dublin, which are being sold on the instructions of Declan Taite of receivers RSM Farrell Grant Sparks. The four-storey building has 1,650sq m (17,760sq ft) and was formerly the Stella Cinema. The adjoining surface car park can accommodate about 40 cars.
