The Sam McCauley Chemists Group is continuing to expand its retail portfolio on the east coast of Ireland.
It will shortly open its 27th pharmacy in place of the long-running former HMV/Xtra-vision outlet at Kennedy Road, opposite Navan Shopping Centre.
The chemist group,which was advised by Ciaran Diamond of Colliers International, will pay rent of €130,000 for the Navan premises which has a ground floor area of about 278sq m (3,000sq ft).
