Residential infill site for €750,000

An infill residential development site of 0.35 of a hectare (0.87 of an acre) at Sandyford Road beside Sandyford village, Co Dublin, is due to be auctioned on May 28th.

Christine McGowan of CBRE is guiding €750,000 for the plot of land which could accommodate a small housing scheme.
