Colliers International is looking for buyers for two redevelopment sites previously used as the headquarters of SM Morris at the Kilpedder interchange in Co Wicklow.

A price of €1.5 million is being quoted for the first lot, which extends to 6.17 acres and includes offices and workshops. The second lot covers an area of 14.82 acres and has planning permission for a light industrial business park. The guide price here, according to Paul Finucane of Colliers, is €3 million.

All the lands are zoned for employment uses, including industrial, transport, distribution, warehousing and retail warehousing. The sites occupy a prominent position at the Kilpedder Interchange (junction 11 on the N11), which links the N11 to Greystones via the South Access Road (R774).
