MM Capital has enlisted the services of BNP Paribas Real Estate to sell a prime development site with full planning permission for 9 residential units in Churchtown, Dublin 14.
A price of €1.75 million has been set for the site of 0.13 of a hectare (0.34 of an acre) with permission for six four-bedroom townhouses, one two-bed townhouse, one three-bed duplex penthouse apartment and one two-bed apartment in an L-shaped block ranging in height from three to four storeys with the provision of balconies.
Mark Forrest of BNP confirmed that MM Capital are due to commence construction of a medical centre and retail units on the adjoining Braemor Rooms site.
