Quinn Group Holdco Limited (QGHL) has appointed Mike McTighe as a non-executive director of the company.
Mr McTighe is currently chairman of Volex Group, chairman of JJB Sports, independent director of Betfair Group plc and a non-executive director of Ofcom.
He will also join the board of Quinn Manufacturing Group Holdco Limited.

Chairman of QGHL Pat O’Neill said Mr McTighe would bring a vast wealth of experience to the company and noted he had been involved in “numerous business turnarounds and restructurings in recent years”.
“He will be a huge asset to the board in overcoming the challenges that currently face us and helping us deliver on our growth strategy,” he said.
