THE IRISH National Teachers Organisation (INTO) is seeking a tenant for a newly refurbished Georgian office building at 39 Parnell Square, Dublin 1.

The house is one of two interconnecting period properties bought by the organisation some years ago. They had previously been used as a hotel.

Both buildings have been tastefully restored and upgraded, and are in impeccable condition. The INTO is operating out of one of them and is seeking a single tenant or multiple tenants for the second house on short to medium-term leases.

Number 39 has a lift serving all floors and a high-spec fit-out. There is 356.5sq m (3,837sq ft) available on all floors with the exception of the basement which is used as a canteen by the INTO. This facility will also be available to tenants moving into number 39.

Browne Corrigan chartered surveyors is quoting a rent of around €330 per sq m (€30 per sq ft) for space which will be available on flexible lease terms.

The building is likely to be of interest to professional organisations or companies involved in medical services.
