A well located site with planning permission for an hotel and a residential development in the centre of Navan has come on the market with a guide of over €4 million.
Dublin agent Kelly Walsh is handing the sale of the 2.18 hectares (5.38 acres) which are on the opposite side of the Blackwater river from Navan shopping centre.
The site has extensive frontage to Ratholdron Road and planning permission for a five-storey hotel with 119 bedrooms, a family entertainment centre, crèche and some 64 apartments.
JNP Architects has designed an impressive scheme which would greatly enhance the entertainment facilities in the town. The hotel has been designed to include a spa, conference centre and a family entertainment complex with bowling, Quasar and a restaurant.
Navan is one of the fastest growing commuter towns in the country and is set to grow further with the completion of the M3 motorway to Dublin.
