Nama landbank sale near airport

Land zoned for logistics park is expected to sell for around €100,000 per acre

A site of almost 75 acres at the back of Dublin Airport, which has been zoned for a logistics park, is expected to sell for around €100,000 per acre when it is offered for sale shortly by agents CBRE at the request of Nama.

Access

The fully serviced landbank off the M2 at the Cherryhound Interchange will have direct access to the airport which is 10km away as well as to the Dublin Docks via the M50 and the Port Tunnel.

About five acres are to be set aside for a public park.

Sources in the logistics industry have described the proposed Airlink Logistics Park as the best located to have come on the market in recent years.

Pallas

Foods at around €200,000 per acre for a major food warehouse.

Also close-by truck dealer Pino Harris is reputed to have bought around 68 acres of industrial land with access on to Cappagh Road at €65,000 per acre.
