DTZ Sherry FitzGerald has sold the two-star Town House Hotel in Naas, Co Kildare, for €385,000.
It has 12 ensuite bedrooms, a restaurant that can cater for 50 guests, and a bar. The sale did not include a site to the rear of the premises.
