The Musgrave Group is to rent a 5,200sq m anchor unit at Waterford Retail Park. Up to now Musgrave Wholesale Partners have been based in the city.
BNP Paribas Real Estate, which acted for Musgraves, said they had taken advantage of “current market conditions” to negotiate an attractive rental package, with fixed rental uplifts, providing them with certainty of cost over the lease term.
Musgraves will be paying around €170,000 for the space – the first to be let in the four-year-old park since it was developed by Kildare-based Gerry Conlon. Local agent Des Purcell represented the landlord.
