DALKEY: €335,000-€1.59m:Thoroughly modern apartments in a gated community near Bullock Harbour offer a energy-efficient living

CASTLEPARK RESIDENCE is a small, exclusive gated community of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments on Castlepark Road behind Castlepark School in Dalkey, Co Dublin.

Built by Wesley Curran whose recent work includes Annaville Residence in Dundrum and Santa Maria, an arts and crafts house in Dalkey, the properties are for sale through joint agents Norths.

One-bedroom homes start at €335,000. These are 48sq m (520sq ft) in size. The larger one-bedroom units measure 64sq m (690sq ft) and have an asking price of €380,000.

The two-bedroom apartments range in size from 69sq m (744sq ft) to 110sq m (1,190sq ft). Prices are from €460,000 up to €750,000. The three-bedroom apartments are from 92sq m (996sq ft) to 182sq m (1,960sq ft). Prices start from €625,000.

Each apartment comes with a Häcker kitchen and energyefficient Miele appliances including a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, extractor and dishwasher.
