The Galway office of DTZ Sherry FitzGerald is inviting best bids by March 5th for a well located housing site in the much sought after area of Barna Road in Rusheen, Galway.

Sean Coyne of the agency is guiding €200,000 for the site of 0.6 of a hectare (1.48 acres) which has already attracted considerable interest among investors because of the scarcity of development opportunities on the Barna Road. The site is zoned for housing, overlooks Rusheen Bay and is bounded by stone walls and mature trees.
