Retail plan for D7 Eircom site

Northline Developments has secured approval for a retail development at the former Eircom site at Navan Road, Cabra, Dublin 7. It will have a gross floor space of 8,499sq m (91,482sq ft) over two levels, as well as a mezzanine floor. The retail unit will have a gross floor area of 5,474sq m (58,916sq ft) including an alcohol sales area and a bulk store. There will also be a cafe at mezzanine levels and parking for 426 cars.
