Savills is guiding €1.15 million for a well-maintained Georgian office building with a modern mews extension to the rear at 104 Lr Baggot Street, Dublin 2.

The building extends to 511sq m (5,500sq ft) and is fitted out with CAT 5 cabling and CAT 2 lighting . There is a reception area, tea room and parking for two cars at the rear.

Kerstin Fenelon of Savills says that with the demand for office space steadily increasing in Dublin 2 she expects that the building will appeal to owner occupiers and investors.

It is located almost directly opposite t he former Bank of Ireland headquarters on Lr Baggot Street.
