Three former Elverys properties are for sale through agent Cushman & Wakefield along with Unit 6 at Market Cross Shopping Centre in Kilkenny.

The 279.56sq m (3,009sq ft) Elverys shop at Liberty Square in Thurles, Co Tipperary is quoting €300,000 and is in the heart of the town. It is on the ground and first floor of the building while an apartment above is not included in the sale.

In Tullamore, Co Offaly, the sports retailer's shop – on the market at €400,000 – was located on a prominent corner at Patrick Street and Water Lane. It extends to 494.02sq m (5,318sq ft) and includes staff facilities and offices on the second floor.

Elverys was located at Unit 7 on the ground floor of Market Cross Shopping Centre off High Street in Kilkenny city centre. This substantial centre includes more than 40 stores where occupiers include Penneys, Dealz, Super Valu, Insomnia, and Specsavers. Unit 7 extends to 276.34sq m (2,975sq ft) and is available at €480,000.

Another shop, Unit 6, at Market Cross is included in the sale. It extends to 178.46sq m (1,921sq ft) and is occupied by Dubray Books on a 25-year lease from July 1st, 1994 at a rent of €77,400 per annum. The lease expires in June 2019 while the agent is seeking offers of more than €425,000.
