An Irish investor has paid €1

An Irish investor has paid €1.2 million for five luxury apartments in a single block at Belmont Avenue in Donnybrook, Dublin 4.

Estate agent Turley & Associates handled the sale for receiver WK Nowlan Associates, which was acting for Bank of Ireland.

The residential units date from 2006 and are currently producing a rent roll of €80,000 per annum.

The largest apartment is a three-bedroom duplex unit with a floor area of 100sq m (1,076sq ft).
