EZ Living to open in Sandyford

Irish furniture retailer EZ Living is to open its 13th store at the Boulevard in Sandyford, Co Dublin.

The Boulevard was developed by the Fleming Group now controlled by Nama. The EZ shop extends to 3,025sq m (32,561sq ft) and is next to Aldi. The new tenant will pay rent of about €185,000 under a 20-year lease with tenant break options. There will also be a 12 months rent-free period in lieu of fit-out works.

EZ is hoping to open more stores in Dublin over the next two years. Gavin White of EZ said they were excited to open a store in south county Dublin.

Florence Stanley of CBRE, who represented the tenant, said the fact that they were able to complete the deal with Nama and the letting agent highlighted the desire of Nama to fill vacant stock.
