COMMERCIAL surveyors Browne Corrigan have let a modern ground-floor office suite at Burlington House on Waterloo Lane in Dublin 4.

The mews building is located just off Upper Leeson Street and close to the Burlington Hotel. The new tenant will be paying a rent of around €215 per sq m (€20 per sq ft) for 176sq m (1,900sq ft) and €1,500 for car parking spaces. Robert Corrigan of the letting agency said the fact that the building has a modern fit out and is on one level is a considerable selling point.
