Willie Smyth owner of the Fitzwilliam Business Centre in the south Dublin docklands, continues to attract high profile tenants to his latest office development.

Oasis Global Management Company, specialists in investment and global fund management, has leased 258sq m (2,777sq ft) on the penthouse floor while the remaining 254sq m (2,734sq ft) at that level has gone to World Spreads Group, a financial betting company which was floated on the stock exchange.

Also moving in to the serviced offices off Sir John Rogerson's Quay are Ecclesiastical Insurance Office plc which provides insurance and financial products and services. It will occupy 290sq m (3,121sq ft).

Michelle O'Flynn of letting agent Lisney had been quoting rents of €538.20 per sq m (€50 per sq ft) for space in the high quality building and €4,000 for car parking spaces.
