Estate agent William Harvey & Co is seeking a replacement tenant for a corporate headquarters office building and freight warehouse at Corballis Park, close to the entrance to Dublin Airport.

TNT Express (Ireland) is offering the 3,144sq m (33,842sq ft) property on a sub-lease which expires in March, 2015.

The office content represents 47 per cent of the overall space.

The agent said it might be possible to negotiate a longer term lease with the landlord, Dublin Airport Authority.
