DUBLIN'S NORTH docklands remains the busiest area for construction activity in the city.
The latest quarterly Crane Watch study by agent Jones Lang LaSalle shows that there were 23 cranes operating there in the second quarter of the year.
This compared with 13 cranes on the opposite side of the Liffey where the main building activity is concentrated on the new Lansdowne Road sports stadium.
The Sandyford area had 12 cranes visible, the same number as in the north-west of the city.
