Clarification:In an article on September 21st, it was stated that Avestus Capital Partners was formerly controlled by Mr Derek Quinlan.

An article on September 28th stated that Mr Quinlan was bought out by his former partners in Quinlan Private and that Quinlan Private was then renamed Avestus.

In fact, Avestus is an entirely separate business to Quinlan Private. Mr Quinlan neither has nor had any role in Avestus and was not bought out by Avestus or his partners. We apologise to Avestus for these errors.
