A retail and office investment at Sandyford Office Park in Dublin 18 is to be offered for sale at €360,000, providing a new owner with an initial return of 8 per cent.

Colm Luddy of CBRE is handling the sale on behalf of joint receivers Kieran Wallace and Eamonn Richardson of KPMG.
