DTZ Sherry FitzGerald has dropped the asking price from €4.5 million to €2.5 million for an industrial building on a one-acre site at Holly Avenue in Stillorgan Industrial Park, Co Dublin.

The Legrand premises extends to 2,035sq m (21,904sq ft) including showrooms on the ground floor. There are 24 car parking spaces on site. In 2006, the two-acre former Atlantic Homecare site close by was sold for €35 million.
