A REDEVELOPMENT site of more than three acres in Foxrock, Co Dublin, bought at the height of the property bubble for €31 million, is now available at €5 million, according to selling agents Jones Lang LaSalle and Daphne L Kaye.

Developer David Arnold and his D2 Private secured approval from An Bord Pleanála in August 2009 to demolish Gortanore, a detached house on the site, and replace it with 37 two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, shops, a spa/gym and 84 car parking spaces at basement level.
