A HIGH profile development site of 6.28 hectares (15.53 acres) adjoining Citywest Business Park in west Dublin goes on the market today through the Lisney agency.
The land owned by CRH Estates is located along the outer ring road just off the N7 dual carriageway. The outer ring road links the N4 at Lucan and the N81 at Tallaght.
Though Lisney is not quoting a guide price for the site, development land in this area frequently sells for in excess of €350,000 per acre. Citywest is acknowledged as one of the best business parks in the greater Dublin area.
Under the zoning for the site, a wide range of uses are permissible including business, offices, industrial and warehousing.
A few miles away at Oberstown Business Park in Naas, a price of €1.25 million is being sought for a site of 2.92 hectares (five acres).
The land is located near the entrance to the park and has full planning permission for an industrial development in two blocks. Alternatively, joint agents, William Harvey and Colm McEvoy suggest that it is also ideal for a high bay distribution facility. The asking price equates to €250,000 per acre.
Oberstown Business Park is located about 1.7 kilometres from the M7 motorway and three kilometres from Naas town centre.
