GVA Donal O Buachalla is suggesting a price of €1.5 million for a 5.67 hectares (14.02 acre) development site on the edge of Navan at Moathill.

All of the land is zoned for housing development with the exception of a plot of 0.28 of a hectare (0.70 of an acre). The land is for sale in four lots or in its entirety.
