THE Co Antrim company Robert Wright & Son, one of the UK's leading bus builders, has announced a £4.5 million sterling investment in an IDB-backed expansion programme which is expected to double the company's manufacturing capacity.

Wright's currently employs almost 450 people at its Ballymena plant and has already recruited an additional 81 staff. Around 37 jobs are expected to follow as production at the new facility increases.
