BULA Resources is to put forward two names for election as non-executive directors when it holds an e.g.m. on November 11th next. The two prospective directors are Mr Russell Herbert (54), a chartered engineer and management consultant, and Mr David S Hooker (55), chairman of the British insurance company, Goshawk Insurance Holdings plc.

Mr Herbert is a former executive director of British Gas and is currently a non-executive director of Alternative Business Solutions. Mr Hooker is a former managing director of a number of natural resources companies, including Candecca Resources Ltd, Plascom and Aberdeen Petroleum. He is a former chairman of Bakyrchik Gold.
