Baxi Partnership Ltd, a privately-owned manufacturer of boilers and heating products, has agreed to sell its radiator businesses, including Myson Heating Controls, in the Republic to the Finnish group Rettig Heating.

Myson employs 23 people in its distribution plant in Dublin and a further 100 people in its manufacturing facility in Limerick. The agreement is subject to approval from the relevant competition authorities.
