AIB has been rated the best bank in Britain by business customers. In a survey of 10,000 businesses carried out by the Forum of Private Business and analysed by the University of Nottingham, AIB got the top overall rating followed by Yorkshire and Lloyds.

Within the categories used for the comparison, AIB received top rating for knowledge and understanding of its customers and their business and operational efficiency.
