Adare Printing has sold the former Mount Salus printing premises at Bishop Street in the centre of Dublin for £3.45 million. The premises were sold through estate agents Sherry Fitzgerald to a firm of housebuilders.

Adare said yesterday that the Mount Salus premises at Bishop Street had a carrying value in the group's books of £1.45 million while the costs of the disposal are less than £100,000. This suggests that Adare will make an exceptional profit of £1.9 million on the sale of the premises.
