Mr Nelson Loane, group chief executive of Adare Printing, increased his remuneration to £166,000 (€211,000) in 1999 from £162,000 in 1998 according to the group's annual report.
The report, unlike most other Irish public companies, gives a precise breakdown of directors' remuneration. His remuneration is made up of salary £97,000, bonus £24,000 and a £45,000 contribution to his personal pension scheme. Mr Peter Lynch, finance director, received a salary of £120,000, a bonus of £24,000 and a £12,000 pension contribution. Mr Iain Black, who resigned, had a salary of £97,000 and a bonus of £70,000.
