Fourteen agencies have made formal submissions for the 1999 Advertising Agency of the Year award. They include McConnells Young Advertising, Arks and Cawley Nea as well as Des O'Meara & Partners.
The winning agency will be selected based on the growth of business in relative terms, including accounts won and lost, increased billings and creative achievements. Other criteria include innovations in online and multimedia activity.
The competition is organised by the monthly Marketing magazine. The winners will be announced at a reception in Dublin on January 6th.
