ABN Amro said yesterday it had appointed Mr Aziz McMahon as a foreign exchange strategist with immediate effect. Mr McMahon, who previously worked with Ulster Bank in Dublin, will be based in London and report to Mr Tony Norfield, global head of foreign exchange strategy. Mr McMahon was recently voted "economist of the year" by the Irish Association of Corporate Treasurers. ABN Amro said the addition of Mr McMahon to its team would meet growing demand from corporate and institutional investors.
