UP to 300 new jobs are expected to be announced today in a major new project by Stream International.

UP to 300 new jobs are expected to be announced today in a major new project by Stream International.

The company is establishing a new European Technology Centre in Coolock in North Dublin, which will be involved in electronic software manufacturing. Stream is an international company involved in PC based software and technology services. Irishman Mr Paul Kavanagh is president of the group's operations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. The project will be announced today by the Minister for Enterprise and Employment, Mr Richard Bruton.

Stream announced a major project for Derry last year and currently employs 1,000 people in Coolock, Kildare. Blackrock and the Derry site.
