Insurance group Generali PanEurope said yesterday it would create up to 30 jobs in Navan, and plans to boost the group’s Irish workforce by up to 50 per cent in the coming months.
The group, which employs 108 people, is also building new headquarters in Co Meath, and will expand its operation in Dublin city centre.
The new jobs in Navan, where Generali PanEurope has been operating since 1999, will include actuaries, technical product specialists and other skilled roles.
Generali PanEurope said it will expand its European variable annuity business, which is based at Smithfield in Dublin. A number of senior roles will be created at the city centre operation.
