Meath made their exit from the competition when they went down to Offaly in Navan yesterday after trailing 0-4 to 1-5 at the interval.

Top scorer Ciarβn McManus netted twice for Offaly, his first goal opened the scoring after six minutes when he took a pass from Neville Coughlan while his second came in injury-time to put the issue beyond doubt.
