Tyrone SFC Semi-finals: Ulster champions Errigal Ciaran powered through to yet another Tyrone final with a sparkling second-half display at Edendork last night by beating Ardboe 1-11 to 0-8.

After struggling to establish their familiar fluency in the first period, they controlled the second, with a Damien McDermott goal giving them the platform from which to build a convincing victory.

McDermott hit the only goal of the game three minutes into the second half. Ardboe finished with 14 men after full forward John McConville was sent off.

In the other semi-final, Killyclogher staged a memorable comeback against Dromore to win out 0-10 to 0-8 and reach their third final in four seasons.
