Sir, - Further to the recent article in your paper outlining the inability or unwillingness of the Garda to properly police the roads of Ireland, it would appear that Dublin, in recent years, has seen the emergence of three different sets of the Rules of the Road: the standard edition for the "common" motorist; those for taxis, in which the pages on lane discipline and street signs are missing; and those for cyclists, which have blank pages. - Yours, etc.,
Pauric McGroder, Dolphin Avenue, Dublin 8.
