Madam, - In the film version of Sam Hanna Bell's novel December Bride, there is an old joke about the man who gets to heaven and finds a high wall built across it.
On enquiring, he is told that on the other side of the wall are the Ulster Presbyterians, who like to think that they are the only people up there.
In a recent RTÉ film clip, the Rev Ian Paisley expressed confidence that he would get to heaven and be able to write "No Pope Here" on the wall. Could it possibly be the same wall? - Yours etc.,
TERRY DOLAN Castleknock, Dublin 15.
