Madam, - Yet more from the pen of John Cooney, criticising the late Archbishop John C. McQuaid, a man whom he never met (Opinion/Analysis, April 7th).
His analysis is unfair, unjust and lacks balance. I am quite sure the former prelate, now happily enjoying his eternal reward, is looking down kindly on John. He was a priest of great holiness, and wonderful charity.
