Madam, - Parteen is in East Clare (Munster). In local elections, we actually vote for candidates for Clare County Council. In Dáil elections we become Limerick East. Now, for EU elections, we are to be part of Connaught/Ulster (to be known as North-West). Are we now the first members of an Irish home-based diaspora? - Yours, etc.,
