In Wednesday's editions, a comparison of senior airline pilots' earnings gave a figure of £94,000 for Ryanair. A spokesman for the company points out that the range of salaries for captains in Ryanair extends from £96,000 to £120,000.
In last Saturday's Magazine, under the heading "Be there or be square" the name of the architect of the two glass restaurants in the IFSC was given as Terry Downey. It should have been Terry Durney.
A profile of Micheβal Martin, Minister for Health and Children, in the editions of October 20th said the Minister "was hung out to dry by them the health boards on the issue of the famous iodine tablets, which they told him they had when they hadn't". A spokesman for the chief executive officers of the health boards states that a number of boards had advised the Department some time ago that stocks of iodine tablets were out of date or disposed of and the officers are unaware of any queries to the boards prior to the Minister's statement on the issue.
