The case of a Co Waterford man who has pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography was adjourned for a month at Waterford District Court.

Mr Michael Breen (52), from Tramore, has pleaded guilty to possession on May 27th, 2002 of child pornography.

His solicitor pleaded for an adjournment to allow further directions from the Director of Public Prosecution. He had previously argued that his client was ignorant of the seriousness of downloading and possession child pornography.
