Six escape unhurt in Antrim gun attack

Six people escaped unhurt in a gun attack on a house in the Frosses Road area of Ballymoney, Co Antrim, last night.

Six people escaped unhurt in a gun attack on a house in the Frosses Road area of Ballymoney, Co Antrim, last night.

A man, woman and three children, the youngest of whom was 14, were in the house along with a family friend at the time.

The attack happened at around 11.30pm yesterday when a ground floor window and a hall window were smashed by the shots.

A man from the nearby Dunloy area was arrested and questioned about theincident but has since been released.
